From tech pack to dispatch
Seven stages,
one building
Nothing is sent out to a third party except washing. You get photographs from the floor every 48 hours and a named person on WhatsApp who actually stands next to the line.
Stage 01
Tech pack & costing
Send a spec, a sketch or a sample garment. Costing back within one working day, broken down by fabric, trims and making.
Stage 02
Fabric sourcing
Greige, dyed or printed, against your shade. Or send your own roll and we run it as job work.
Stage 03
Sampling
Fit sample in 72 hours, two free revisions. Approved sample is sealed and stays on the table till dispatch.
Stage 04
Cutting
Marker planning for fabric utilisation, layered cutting, bundling and ticketing by size and shade lot.
Stage 05
Stitching lines
Four lines running single needle, overlock, flatlock and feed-of-arm. Line balanced per style, not per shift.
Stage 06
Wash & finishing
Enzyme, stone and silicone wash through our Bhiwandi partner. Then pressing, thread cutting and measurement check.
Stage 07
QC & dispatch
AQL 2.5 inspection, size-ratio packing, your labels and tags, poly bags and barcode. E-way bill raised the same day.

Full packageWe source fabric, trims, labels and packaging against your spec and quote one landed rate.
Job workStitching only, against your cut panels. Useful when you are short on line capacity.
Private labelYour brand's woven labels, care labels, hang tags, poly bags and barcodes, applied in house.
Payment30% advance with the purchase order, balance against dispatch. GST invoice and e-way bill on every lot.
A low MOQ that is actually low
150 pieces per style per colour. Small labels and first-time buyers are not a nuisance here, they are most of our order book.
One person, start to finish
You get a merchandiser's direct number on day one. No call centre, no ticket number, no chasing three people for one answer.
Registered and inspectable
GST registered unit with Shops & Establishment licence. Walk in on any working day and see the lines running.

Before you ask
Straight answers
The six questions every new buyer asks us in the first call, answered here so the first call can be about your product instead.
What is your minimum order?
150 pieces per style, per colour. Sizes can be split however you like inside that. For a repeat order on an approved style we go down to 100.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
Fit sample in 72 hours from an approved tech pack. Sampling is charged at ₹800–₹2,500 depending on the garment, and it is adjusted against your first bulk invoice.
Do you supply the fabric or do I?
Either. On full package we source and quote one landed per-piece rate. On CMT you send the fabric and trims and we charge only for making. Most first orders start as full package.
Can you do my labels, tags and packing?
Yes. Woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, poly bags and barcode stickers are all applied in house. Send artwork and we get the labels made, or send your own stock.
Do you ship outside Mumbai?
Yes, across India by transport or courier, freight to your account. Export cartons are packed to your buyer's marking if you handle the shipping yourself.
What are your payment terms?
30% advance with the purchase order, balance against dispatch photographs and invoice. GST invoice and e-way bill on every lot, no cash-only conditions.
